Release Notes 30.09.2026 - v5.1.0
📝 This release is about working together. Minerva Workspaces can now be shared with colleagues, departments or the whole company, and a company library puts common templates, tools and files within everyone's reach. Agents, prompts and skills gain the same sharing controls, so you decide who can use, edit or pass them on. The Context Hub gets folders and filtering by owner, department and role, and chats can be grouped and renamed. You can now stop, resume and control long-running assistant work more precisely. The list tables have been redesigned, and one of the slowest import steps now runs considerably faster.

✨ Features
- Shared workspaces
Minerva Workspaces can now be shared with individual users, departments or the whole company, using the same sharing dialog as dashboards and agents. Each person keeps a personal workspace alongside the shared ones, and Minerva always works in the workspace that is active for the conversation. If access to a shared workspace is removed, the conversation falls back to your personal workspace. - Company library for workspaces
A company-wide library holds templates, tools and files that every user in the company can use from their workspaces. Designated maintainers keep the library up to date. - Workspace overview in the AI Hub
The Workspaces tab now reads like a file explorer, showing each workspace's file count, total size and last change, with sorting and clear icons for personal and shared workspaces. A new Owner column shows who each workspace belongs to. - Chat groups and renaming
Conversations can be organised into named groups, and chats can be moved between groups by drag and drop. Chats can also be renamed, and a title you set yourself is no longer replaced automatically. - Control who can use agents, prompts and skills
When you create an agent, prompt or skill you can now keep it private, share it with everyone, or share it with specific users and departments. For each share you choose whether people can view it, edit it or share it further. Existing agents and prompts have been carried over, and an agent restricted to certain users can only be started by them in Minerva. - Folders in the Context Hub
Company context can now be organised into folders. Folders can be created, renamed, moved and deleted, and items move between them by drag and drop. Breadcrumbs show where you are, search still covers the whole context and shows each result's folder, and existing items start out at the top level. - Filter context by owner, department and role
The Context Hub can now be filtered by who owns an item and by the departments and roles it is shared with. Filters are collected in a single menu and appear as chips. - See context shared with you
Users without access to the Context Hub can now still see context that others have shared with them, both in the AI Hub and on their profile page. - Stop, resume and control assistant runs
A running answer can now be cancelled at any time, and runs that paused to ask for approval or input can be resumed with a button. Individual sub-agents can be stopped without ending the whole answer, and a reopened chat shows correctly which sub-agents are still running. - Redesigned list tables
The list tables have been reworked for clarity and smaller screens. They scroll horizontally and vertically, action buttons stay in view, and status and progress share one column with a traffic-light indicator. The linked data source or entity graph appears under each name, and clicking a name opens it for editing. Import errors now show only the step that failed, with the full message on hover.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Faster imports on large datasets
One import step, which builds the expected process flow, was much slower than it should have been on large datasets. It now runs considerably faster, which shortens imports noticeably. - More consistent sharing permissions
Sharing rules are now enforced consistently. People you share an item with can only pass on the rights they hold themselves, and cannot change or remove other people's shares. The details of who an item is shared with are visible only to its owner, administrators and those allowed to share it further.
🔮 Coming Soon
- Support for More Data Types
Minerva will support a broader range of data types, making it possible to work with more kinds of data across analyses and connected data sources. - Direct File Drag & Drop
Files will be easier to add to Minerva by dragging and dropping them directly into a chat or workspace, making file-based workflows faster and more intuitive. - Update Confidential Context
Confidential context will be updateable, allowing existing protected company knowledge to be kept current without having to recreate it. - Further UI/UX Improvements
Smaller UI and UX improvements across Minerva will make everyday interactions smoother, clearer and more consistent. - Company Templates for Document Creation
