Release Notes 22.06.2026 - v3.31.0
📝 This release makes Minerva, our AI assistant, noticeably smarter and more dependable — with more accurate document retrieval, fine-grained access control over the company context it can use, non-blocking document ingestion with live progress, and graceful handling of long conversations. It also brings searchable, paginated administration for users and permissions, and resolves several issues across the workbench, conformance analysis, and filters.

🔖 Version 3.31.0
✨ Features
- Share your analyses with your team
Analyzer tabs can now be shared with individual users or entire departments, with either read-only or full edit access. When you create a tab you decide whether it stays private, is available to everyone, or is shared with a specific selection — and anything shared with you appears in its own view, so collaborating on an analysis no longer means rebuilding it from scratch. - Talk to Minerva with voice dictation
You can now dictate messages to Minerva instead of typing them. Tap the new microphone button, speak, and your words are transcribed straight into the chat input for you to review and edit before sending — nothing is sent automatically. German and English are detected automatically. - Find any activity instantly, with improved graph controls
A new activity search lets you look up an activity by name and jump straight to it — a real time-saver in large process models. The graph toolbar has also been unified into a single clean bar with quick actions for full-screen, centering the view, and download, and you can now choose your preferred zoom speed (slow, medium, or fast). - Define a case from part of a key (Sub-Case ID selector)
When configuring a dimension you can now build a Case ID from only a selected subset of an activity's identifying columns, so events are grouped into meaningful cases even when there is no dedicated key field. Selecting all columns — or none — keeps the previous behavior, so existing configurations are unaffected. - New database connectors: Oracle and SAP HANA 2
You can now connect to Oracle and SAP HANA 2 data sources directly from the data-source configuration and use them in the Entity-Graph Builder, alongside the existing connectors. - A reorganized, clearer settings area
Settings now live in their own dedicated area opened from the settings icon, rather than inside the Builder. Version, usage, and environment information are combined on a single overview page, and your personal preferences — dark mode, AI, branding, and import settings — are grouped together in your user profile.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Dimension filters can be renamed again
Renaming a dimension filter no longer triggers a server error. - Relationship properties load reliably
Selecting a relationship in the graph now correctly loads and shows its properties. - User profiles with an empty context open correctly
Editing a user who has no context assigned no longer results in an error. - Correct quantities for tolerated violations
Cardinalities and quantities now display correctly for tolerated violations when negative times are enabled, instead of showing "undefined". - Custom timestamp formats work on native date columns
Entity-graph imports that apply a custom timestamp format to native database date/time columns no longer fail to parse. - Clearer status for Minerva's tool calls
A running tool call in Minerva's thinking panel now shows a clean loading indicator, and failed calls are clearly marked — replacing the previous, misleading time display.
