Overseeing Issues in the Manager
Overview
The Manager feature serves as the heartbeat of your issue management process, bringing together all detected problems from across the application into one cohesive space. Designed for simplicity and clarity, it empowers teams to systematically classify, prioritize, and resolve issues using a familiar Kanban-style workflow.
Key Benefits of the Manager Kanban
Experience a streamlined approach to problem management that keeps your team aligned and your projects on track.
Centralized tracking: Never lose sight of issues by consolidating them in one unified view.
Familiar UI: Adopt an intuitive Kanban board interface that requires minimal onboarding.
Workflow visibility: Gain instant insight into the lifecycle of each issue, from identification to resolution or discard.
Kanban Board Stages
Visualize the journey of each issue through five clearly defined stages, ensuring no problem slips through the cracks.
The Manager board is divided into five phases, each reflecting a distinct step in your issue resolution pipeline:
Backlog: Newly discovered issues wait here until they are ready for action.
In Progress: Actively investigated or assigned issues are worked on in this phase.
On Hold: Issues that require additional information or resources are temporarily paused here.
Insights Generated: Completed analyses live here once valuable findings have been recorded.
Discarded: Irrelevant or obsolete issues that no longer need attention are removed from active workflows.
A numerical counter at the top-right of each column provides a quick snapshot of the volume of issues in that stage.
Issue Cards on the Kanban Board
Each issue is represented by a concise card, giving you all the essential details at a glance.
Cards display:
Title: A clear, descriptive label for the issue.
AI-generated summary: A brief overview crafted by our AI to contextualize the problem.
Last edited timestamp: Indicates when the issue was most recently updated.
Delete (X) button: Easily remove cards that are no longer relevant.
Within each column, cards are sorted by the last edited date, with the most recently updated items appearing at the top.
Interacting with the Board
Engage directly with cards to reflect the real-time status of your issues.
Drag & Drop: Seamlessly move cards between phases to mark progress or reprioritize tasks—simply click and drag to the appropriate column.
Delete Confirmation: When removing a card, confirm the action in the dialog that appears to prevent accidental deletions.
Read-Only Creation: While you can’t create new issues in the Manager itself, the board automatically populates with items flagged during analysis in other modules.
