• Enable possibility to upload PDFs
  Endpoints in AI-Center that allow PDFs stored in AWS S3 to be embedded and processed as additional AI context. Adding PDF upload functionality, allowing richer document handling. Improving the internal handling of PDF segments, enabling more effective text processing. Explored and validated how Minerva AI interprets PDF contents.

  Configurable JOIN capabilities for ServiceNow tables, enabling users to combine data from multiple sources into a single entity-graph activity. Improved importer design to prevent oversized GET calls and ensure smoother integrations.
• Complexity Widget
  This feature adds a set of powerful complexity widgets to the dashboard, allowing users to better understand and monitor the structural complexity of their processes. By visualizing different complexity metrics, users gain a clearer, data-driven overview of how intricate or streamlined their case flows are. The dashboard can now display a variety of number-based widgets that reflect case instance lengths, activity counts, branching behavior, and violation-pattern complexity.
